Here is another Car Coat. Crafted from a vintage Uzbek Suzani ceremonial blanket I stumbled into in San Miguel, Mexico (what are the odds??). Lined in fine italian silk. Vintage buttons. Never understood why a traditional car coat is so long. The second you sit in a car, it gets all bunched up and has nowhere to go. My Design length will fit comfortably when seated. I started with my proven Campfire Coat pattern, but redesigned the final details.
